From 7 December to 31 January the Fondazione San Carlo offers the exhibition ' the porch of the College: a town in Showcase ', produced in collaboration with Fondazione photography, Biblioteca civica d'Arte Luigi Poletti, the Archivio Storico Comunale di Modena and the Biblioteca Estense Universitaria.
Through photographs, archival documents, vintage images, architectural designs, the exhibition will tell the story of the porch of the College of Modena and describe people, life, shops and events which have seen protagonist this city space, making it a veritable place of mind and heart for Modena.

The exhibition is the brainchild of Roberto Franchini, President of the Fondazione San Carlo, and is curated by Antonella Battilani, graphic Illustrator and lecturer at the Istituto d'Arte modenese Venturi. Historical research and the accompanying lyrics are clearly Zucchellini, art historian. The exhibition is curated by Fausto Ferri, in collaboration with Giorgio Tavernari.
