What is your return policy?

You have the right to return a purchase by notifying us within three working days. You must send an email to info@manichinistore.it or a fax to + 39 059-621977 indicating the reason for your return.

The main condition for any returns is that the items be returned in their new and unused state, perfectly preserved as purchased.

The returned products must be packed carefully in their original packaging materials  in order to protect them from any damage.

Outbound and return costs will be borne by the customer.

Goods must be returned to: Manichini Store by Lepy & Lepy s.r.l, Via Carlo Marx 140/A – 41012 Carpi (Modena). Refunds will be given about 15 days after the goods have safely been returned.
