Are the wigs washable?

Certainly, you can wash the wigs with warm water using a mild shampoo.

The wig should not be put in contact with any source of direct heat.  After washing, lay the wig on a flat surface, possibly outdoors in warmer weather.  Avoid direct sunlight as it could fade the wig's color.

Never put the wig close to a source of high heat as it will be ruined.
