After months of waiting, Gucci has finally unveiled the Parisian location of its show for the spring - summer 2019 collection. The historic Italian fashion house, in fact, has revealed that the presentation of the new line, conceived by the creative director Alessandro Michele, will be held Monday, September 24th at 9 pm at the Théâtre Le Palace in Paris, a place that, until today, had never been used for fashion shows. The event will also be among those included in the events of the next edition of the Paris Fashion Week, an important event that should be held between September 24 and October 2, although the final calendar has not yet been formalized.
In the official statement issued by the holding Kering, a group of which Gucci is part, we learn that "The show represents the last stop of a tribute to France in three parts started last January with the pre-fall advertising campaign, which recalled the protests students of Paris in May 1968, followed by the parade of the cruise 2019 collection, which took place on the ancient site of the Promenade Des Alyscamps in Arles. The Théâtre Le Palace resonates with the vision of the maison as a place that has given birth to a (sub) culture that has inspired, up to now, the young generations ".
The famous Italian brand founded by Guccio Gucci, however, will return in Italy to present its collections starting from February 2019, in its Hub. Furthermore, in collaboration with CNMI, the company is planning a special event that will take place on September 19th, again within its Milan headquarters.
