Bikkembergs has found a new partner: Sinv. The Schio (Vicenza), in fact, would be joined with the 30% in a newco formed to control the trademark Bikkembergs, aiming to increase its share in the future. On the other hand, the brand, which today is headed by Zeis Excelsa, needed an injection of liquidity for its development projects and now is reportedly already working on the collection that will be presented in the coming months.
SINV, which in 2013 is EUR 74.5 million turnover, produces and distributes licensed Love Moschino and See by Chloé. SINV Holding also holds a 30% stake in Moschino spa and has just acquired 100% of Luca Roda. Last year, in addition, the companyacquired, for an amount of around EUR 4 million, the mark Piazza Sempione .
