Article 1 DEFINITIONS

• 1.1. "site" means the internet site www.manichinistore.it for the sale of products processed;

2. SALE of PRODUCTS

• 2.1. the products are sold subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the agreement posted on the site at the time of ordering;

Article 3 times and DELIVERY mode

Art. 8 RIGHT to cancellation, return policy

Article 9 PRIVACY

• 13.1. The agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Italian laws;
• 13.2. the parties agree that the application is expressly excluded from this agreement to the United Nations Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
• 13.3. all disputes arising from the contract or relating to it shall be responsible: a) the hole in the place of residence or domicile of the customer if the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the laws in force; b) exclusively by the Court of Modena, Italy, in any other case.
